Анотація

Вступ. Проблема замінованих територій зберігає глобальну актуальність і формує комплекс довготривалих гуманітарних, соціально-економічних та безпекових викликів. Станом на 2025 р. мінна небезпека залишається критичною щонайменше для 57 країн світу, обмежуючи відновлення територій, мобільність населення та економічний розвиток. Водночас вона безпосередньо впливає на досягнення більшості Цілей сталого розвитку. Попри значний масив досліджень, відчувається дефіцит узагальнених історико-просторових даних і глобальних порівняльних підходів. Метою статті є аналіз історичних передумов формування замінованих територій, виявлення просторово-часової динаміки їх поширення та узагальнення географічних закономірностей.

Методи. Гуманітарне розмінування за своєю суттю є міждисциплінарним. Поєднано технічні, соціальні, безпекові та просторові підходи. Історичний аналіз дозволив визначити причини мінного забруднення, а просторовий – виявити закономірності поширення. Картографія та ГІС забезпечили ідентифікацію, візуалізацію, оцінку ризиків і моделювання небезпечних зон у глобальному масштабі.

Результати. Заміновані території концентруються у постконфліктних регіонах у стратегічно важливих місцях: гірських проходах, мостах, переправах через річки та дорогах. Установлено, що формування замінованих територій визначається поєднанням військово-тактичних, природно-географічних і соціально-інфраструктурних чинників.

Масштаб мінного забруднення визначається особливостями воєнних дій у різні історичні періоди. Показано динамічний характер мінних полів та сучасні тенденції: скорочення площ у стабільних країнах і зростання технологізації розмінування. Заміновані території формують «гарячі точки», де ризик залишається високим протягом десятиліть після конфліктів. Поширення мін у нові зони часто пов’язане з локальними конфліктами або активністю повстанських груп. Глобальна динаміка характеризується одночасно локальною концентрацією і тривалим часовим ефектом небезпеки.

Висновки. Поєднання історичного, динамічного та просторового аналізу забезпечує комплексне розуміння мінної небезпеки та підвищує ефективність гуманітарного розмінування. Картографування трансформується в інструмент аналітичного управління ризиками, а інтеграція ГІС і ДЗЗ підвищує точність оцінок і обґрунтованість рішень. Отримані результати формують основу для оптимізації пріоритетів розмінування та підтримки сталого розвитку постконфліктних територій.
